Welcome to our exclusive Wine Tasting Workshop with Our Sommelier, where we invite you to immerse yourself in the world of fine wines, expertly guided by an experienced sommelier. Whether you're a seasoned wine lover or just beginning your journey, this engaging and interactive experience will open your senses to new flavours, aromas, and techniques, all in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
You'll enjoy a carefully curated selection of wines, each chosen to offer a diverse and exciting experience. We focus on creating an atmosphere where you can engage, learn, and, of course, savour each sip.
- Sparkling Arrival: Begin the evening with a refreshing sparkling wine. This delightful introduction will set the tone for an evening of exploration.
- Crisp, Clean Whites: Your journey will start with two exceptional white wines. These wines are perfect for getting your palate ready, showcasing bright, crisp, and clean profiles that highlight the beauty of white wine.
- Rosés: Next, indulge in two different rosé wines. The delicate aromas and vibrant flavours will add variety and refreshment to your tasting experience.
- Red Wine Finish: We’ll wrap up the evening with a choice of one light red wine, such as a Pinot Noir, chosen for its smooth character and versatility. This wine offers a gentle yet rich finish, providing a perfect ending to your tasting.
- First Course: We’ll kick things off with two white wines, offering you an introduction to their unique qualities. As we explore each wine, Our Sommelier will discuss what you should be looking for: aroma, taste, body, and finish.
- Break and Interaction: After the whites, take a short break to interact with fellow guests and Our Sommelier. Feel free to ask questions and learn more about the wines you’ve just tasted!
- Second Course: Next, we’ll introduce two rosé wines, giving you a chance to compare and contrast. This will be followed by another brief break, allowing you to settle in before the final tasting...
- Final Course: We’ll finish the evening with a delightful red wine. Whether it's a light red like Pinot Noir or another selection, you’ll have the opportunity to savour the rich, smooth texture of reds in a relaxed setting.
Throughout the workshop, Our Sommelier will lead engaging discussions, helping you explore the nuances of each wine.
