The Designer will provide one revision session by phone or in store to alter or re-source items on the list.

Products will be sourced and provided with detailed information for feedback on an Online Client Portal in conjunction with laid out items for aesthetic purposes on a pdf. These items include furniture, accessories, up to 2 tile recommendations per room, flooring, curtain fabric. IMPLEMENTATION & Coordination
The Client will be invoiced for signed off items in full prior to ordering. The Designer will handle ordering and delivery, assisting with returns where needed (see point 5). The Designer tries to ensure postage is included but there are times where shipping fees change or are added after the list has been confirmed. In this instance they will be invoiced retrospectively after items have been orders but you will be made aware if this is the case the orders are being placed. The Designer will introduce trades where necessary for works. An introduction is the connection by email or a pricing from a tradesman who we trust and regularly work with. The Client handles all trades and contractors. The Designer does not supervise third parties unless a Project Management Service is arranged. The Designer can and will offer and arrange a measure up service for any blinds or curtains. The Designer offers project management at 8% of the project costs, including trade costs, for projects over a £20,000 spend. Please refer to Project Management Ts&Cs. If the Designer is not managing the project, The Designer will not oversee works, the Client is responsible for all site meetings. A credit of £200 is applied to a spend of over £5,000 worth of items purchased through The Designer and within 3 weeks of the signed off purchase list. Sourcing further items or samples once the purchase list has been signed off or products have been purchased will be charged at an hourly fee of £150phr. Sourcing further items due to items going out of stock, if the purchase list is being implemented up to 3 weeks after sign off items will be re-sourced at no further charge. The Studio Store
Opened in November 2023, our store was created as a gentle introduction to the way we design — a place to explore the materials, makers and pieces we return to time and again.
Here you’ll find a curated edit of finishes, fabrics and homewares we truly believe in — many made locally, all chosen with care. From thoughtful gifts to those last finishing touches, the store is a space for anyone drawn to considered interiors and the beauty of things well made.
