Settle in as we open the evening with a sparkling welcome, then move gently through a tasting designed to stir the senses and spark conversation.

What to Expect
Our Sommelier will guide you through a sequence of wines in three gentle acts, with time in between to pause, chat, and savour:

• Sparkling to Begin
  A glass of something crisp and celebratory to mark the start — bright bubbles to lift the evening.

• Whites with Light
  Two fresh, clean whites — each chosen for its clarity and character, designed to awaken the palate and open the conversation.

• Rosés at Ease
  A pair of rosés follow, floral and refreshing, layered with summer fruit and soft warmth.

• A Red to Finish
  To close, a smooth, easy red Pinot Noir — chosen for its quiet depth and versatility.

The Format
This is a gathering where you will walk away with new knowledge of some excellent wines ready for the upcoming season of entertaining. Our sommelier will walk you through each pour — sharing what to notice, what to taste, and what makes each wine distinct.
