Cinnamon is one of those smells that changes a room before you've worked out why. These incense sticks are hand-rolled in Peru from ground cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum verum), so the scent is warm and spicy with a sweet, woody edge, and it settles into something gently uplifting as the stick burns down.

They are made by Cedar and Myrrh with a natural gum acacia binder, which gives a smooth, even burn. There is no synthetic fragrance, no filler and no dye. The cinnamon is harvested in partnership with local communities.

Light one in the morning to start the day slowly, before you sit down to write or work, or when people are coming round and you want the house to feel welcoming. Smoke is medium, and each stick burns for roughly 45 to 60 minutes, long enough for a proper pause.
