Description

Cinnamon, cloves, allspice, orange zest and Cape Cod cranberries, blended into a syrup that tastes of the season. Mix it with red wine for mulled wine, or with apple cider for a classic cold-weather drink.

One 237ml bottle is enough for one to one and a half bottles of wine, or about 2.3 litres of apple cider. Warm it gently and add a cinnamon stick to finish.
